In between the device stops and MAG Suspension F and Binding Solution SBS must be added to the lysed sample. Afterwards Reagent Plate must be put back to the device and the automated extraction is followed by binding of DNA to surface-modified magnetic particles. After washing steps, the DNA is eluted from the magnetic particles with Elution Buffer and is now ready to use for downstream applications.
