The innuPREP Leaf & Seed DNA Kit (high-input) – PP Maxi has been designed for the fast automated isolation of DNA from a high amount (250mg) seeds using the PurePrep Maxi device.
The kit allows fast extraction of DNA from seeds. Based on a novel extraction chemistry in combination with paramagnetic particles, the use of classic chaotropic high-salt buffers. The quality and quantity of the extracted DNA is excellent and allows the DNA to be used for a wide range of downstream applications.
The extraction procedure takes place on the magnetic particle processor PurePrep Maxi and allows the parallel and flexible extraction of 1 up to 96 samples.
The kit is intended for use by professional users. The kit has been designed to be used for a wide range of different downstream applications, like amplification reactions and further analytical procedures.
