Consumables for the magnetic bead-based innuPREP kits of the PurePrep Mini

The innuPREP PME cfDNA Kit - PP Mini is based on a new technology, called: PME – Polymer Mediated Enrichment. The procedure does not start with sample lysis, like commonly used methods or kits. The first step is capturing of free-circulating DNA with a special polymer. Subsequently the captured free-circulating DNA is dissolved in a special lysis buffer and then the DNA is extracted.

The innuPREP RNA Kit - IPC16, which has been optimized for the InnuPure C16 touch, makes it possible to automate RNA extraction from a wide variety of tissue samples and cells.
Each Reagent Plate is prefilled and ready to use for 8 samples.

The innuPREP Sewage Water DNA/RNA Kit has been designed for the isolation of DNA and RNA from sewage water samples.
The kit allows the isolation of DNA/RNA from viruses, bacteriophages and free-circulating DNA/RNA (e.g. plasmid-associated DNA coding for bacterial resistances) from sewage water sediment as well as from the cleared supernatant after spinning down the sediment. 

The innuPREP Stool DNA Kit is suitable both for extracting bacterial DNA from stool samples as well as for isolating genomic DNA from shedded intestinal epithelial cells.

The innuPREP TCT Beer Bacteria DNA Kit uses a specially developed technique to concentrate and isolate bacterial DNA from large volume of beer samples, as well as from turbid materials and bacteria shaking cultures. There are individual isolation protocols for 100 ml beer and up to 10 ml bacteria shaking cultures.
The kit is based on a novel and patent-pending technology that allows biomolecules (cells, bacteria, viruses, bacteriophages, algae, free nucleic acids, proteins) contained in liquid samples to be concentrated and then made available for various other analysis methods. The bacterial DNA is then isolated using a specially optimized kit.
 

The innuPREP TCT Beer Bacteria DNA Kit – PP Mini has been developed for the automated extraction of DNA. The kit uses a specially developed technique to concentrate and isolate bacterial DNA from large volume of beer samples, as well as from turbid materials and bacteria shaking cultures.

The innuPREP TCT Sewage Water Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit has been designed especially for the extraction of DNA and RNA from viruses, bacteriophages or free circulating nucleic acids. Sewage water of different volumes (100 ml - 500 ml) can be used. The kit is based on a novel and patent-pending technology that allows biomolecules (cells, bacteria, viruses, bacteriophages, algae, free nucleic acids, proteins) contained in liquid samples to be concentrated and then made available for various other analysis methods. No filtration, ultrafiltration, ultracentrifugation or PEG precipitation is required.
