The innuPREP RNA Kit – PP Mini has been designed for automated isolation of total RNA out of different starting material.
The extraction procedure is based on a new kind of chemistry. The kit can be used for isolation of total RNA from tissue sample, eukaryotic cells, bacterial cell pellets and yeasts. The extraction procedure takes place on the magnetic particle processor PurePrep Mini and allows the parallel and flexible extraction of up 1 to 16 samples. The extraction process starts with sample lysis (external step) followed by removing of DNA based on binding of DNA on a spin filter membrane. After DNA removing the filtrate is used for the automated extraction of total RNA on PurePrep Mini.
