Lysis Tube B 2.0 is the updated one of the innuSPEED Lysis Tube B. It is a 2.0 mL tube with a screw cap (blue) containing a special mixture of glass (90–150 μm), ceramic (1.4 - 1.6mm) and steel (3.5 mm) beads for efficient disruption of bacteria and fungi out of soil samples using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube D is a 0.5 mL tube with a screw cap (white) containing optimized glass (90–150 μm) beads for efficient disruption of bacteria and fungi samples using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube E is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (orange) containing optimized ceramic beads (2.4–2.6 mm) for efficient disruption of difficult samples as insects, dried tissues or plants using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube H is a 0.5 mL tube with screw cap (violet) containing optimized steel beads (8 x 3.5 mm) for efficient disruption of hard samples as wood, seed or rice grain using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube J is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (blue) containing optimized steel beads (4.7 mm) for efficient disruption of hard samples as wood, seed or rice grain using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube P is a 0.5 mL tube with screw cap (green) containing optimized ceramic beads (2.4–2.8 mm) for efficient disruption for difficult samples as insects, dried tissues or plants using SpeedMill homogenizers.
The Lysis Tube Q consist of a 2.0 mL tube with a screw cap (red) and a metal mandrel. The tube has been specifically developed for homogenizing extremely tough starting materials, such as rice, bones and wood. The use of a tube fixation is recommended if using the
Lysis Tube Q with the SpeedMill PLUS. The mandrel is a reusable homogenization element. Sterilizing or autoclaving the mandrel after use is recommended.
Lysis Tube S is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (yellow) containing special small ceramic beads (0.4–0.6 mm) for efficient disruption of stool, bacteria and fungi samples using SpeedMill and other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube T is a 0.5 mL tube with a screw cap (pink) containing optimized ceramic beads (1.4–1.6 mm) for efficient disruption of soft plant or animal tissue samples using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube W is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (red) containing a mixture of ceramic and steel beads (1.4–1.6 mm and 3.5 mm) for efficient disruption of stool, bacteria, fungi and soil samples as well as cell cultures and spores using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
Lysis Tube X is a 2.0 mL tube with screw cap (white) containing a mixture of ceramic beads (0.4–0.6 mm and 1.4–1.6 mm) different in size for efficient disruption of stool, bacteria, fungi and soil samples as well as cell cultures and spores using SpeedMill or other homogenizers.
The innuSPEED Soil DNA Kit 2.0 is a tool for extracting microbial DNA from soil samples.
The innuSPEED Soil DNA Kit Advanced delivers significantly improved removal of humic substances and other PCR inhibitors commonly found in soil samples. Optimized buffer systems and advanced purification steps ensure exceptional DNA purity, stable and reproducible PCR performance, and reliable yields — even from highly inhibitory soil matrices. This makes the kit a robust and dependable solution for downstream molecular applications involving challenging environmental samples.
IST Innuscreen‘s innuTaq DNA Polymerase is a highly purified recombinant thermostable DNA polymerase that has been isolated from E.coli carrying a vector encoding the Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase gene. The enzyme has 5’ → 3’ DNA polymerase activity. The extreme thermostability of the polymerase allows incubation at high temperatures (95 ° C). It is recommended for use in routine PCR reactions.
The innuTaq HOT-A DNA Polymerase provides improved specificity and sensitivity when amplifying low-copy-number targets in complex backgrounds or when prolonged room temperature set up is required. The polymerase activity is blocked at ambient temperature and switched on automatically at the onset of the initial denaturation.
The PME Exosome Enrichment Kit is based on a new technology, called PME – Polymer Mediated Enrichment. Addition of PME to any type of biological fluid (e.g. serum, plasma, urine, ascites, cell culture supernatant, fractions from EVs size separation by size exclusion chromatog-raphy (SEC)), efficiently immobilizes exosomes within the net created by a special kind of polymer.
The PME Food DNA Enrichment Tool is based on a new technology, called: PME – Polymer Mediated Enrichment.
When it comes to food analysis, reliable and highly efficient DNA extraction from respective food samples is the foundation of the generation of valid results. The PME Food DNA Extraction Kit has been specifically developed for the simple and rapid isolation of DNA from liquid as well as solid food samples such as milk, milk powder, juices, wine, various flours, meat, chocolate, bread, and many more.
The PME free-circulating DNA Extraction Kit is based on a new, patent-pending technology called PME – Polymer Mediated Enrichment.
