innuPREP DNase I Digest Kit

Enzymatic DNA digestion can be conveniently integrated into the RNA isolation process. The DNase I is diluted in the buffer provided and then applied directly onto the spin filter column containing the bound nucleic acids. Digestion is followed by additional wash steps before highly pure RNA is eluted. The reagents provided are free of RNase and therefore also contribute to the quality of the RNA. Efficient DNA removal makes the innuPREP DNase I Digest Kit suitable for applications where even the smallest amounts of DNA can falsify the results. Potential applications include preparing DNA-free RNA, DNase footprinting, Nick translation or degradation of DNA template when transcribing to cDNA.
