It has been validated on commonly used real-time PCR instruments that do not require ROX normalization. The mix contains all reagents necessary for real-time PCR using intercalating dyes.
innuMIX qPCR DSGreen Economy is available in extra-large packaging, which helps reduce both product costs and environmental impact.
This mix can be used to detect any DNA template, even in challenging crude samples such as blood DNA or bisulfite-treated DNA.
The proprietary technology minimizes the formation of primer dimers and non-specific products, resulting in improved sensitivity and specificity of the reaction.
Only the DNA template and primers need to be added to the reaction mix. The final volume should be adjusted with PCR-grade water.
