The innuPREP PME cfDNA Kit - PP Mini is based on a new technology, called: PME – Polymer Mediated Enrichment. The procedure does not start with sample lysis, like commonly used methods or kits. The first step is capturing of free-circulating DNA with a special polymer. Subsequently the captured free-circulating DNA is dissolved in a special lysis buffer and then the DNA is extracted.
The innuPREP PME cfDNA Kit – PP Mini, prefilled has been designed for the isolation of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from 2.5 – 3.5 ml plasma, liquor & cell culture supernatant. This kit is based on new technology, called: PME – Polymer Mediated Enrichment. The procedure does not start with sample lysis, like commonly used methods or other commercially available kits.
Most Commercially available kits use standard nucleic acid extraction procedures based on sample lysis, binding the nucleic acids on a solid material, washing and elution of nucleic acids. Due to the very low concentration of circulating cell-free DNA in plasma and liquor, these methods require large sample volumes to obtain sufficient DNA for downstream applications. As a result, these methods are very time and work consuming, labor intensive and require a lot of reagents.

The innuPREP RNA Kit – PP Midi has been designed for automated isolation of total RNA out of different starting material.
The innuPREP RNA Kit – PP Mini has been designed for automated isolation of total RNA out of different starting material.
The innuPREP RNA Kit – PP Mini, prefilled has been designed for automated isolation of total RNA from tissue samples, eukaryotic cells, bacterial cell pellets and yeasts.
The Reagent Plate of the kit is prefilled with almost all extraction reagents which are needed for the extraction process. After addition of the lysed sample (external lysis), DNase and MAG Suspension F, the automated extraction process begins by binding of RNA to surface-modified magnetic particles. After the washing steps, the RNA is eluted from the magnetic particles with RNase-free Water and is now ready to use for downstream applications.
